You acknowledge that AI is probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or offensive outputs ('Hallucinations'). 67 AI PTY LTD makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI responses. You agree to use the Service as a tool to assist operations, not as a replacement for professional human judgment. You are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them.
Strict Requirement
The Service is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone services and cannot be used to call emergency services (e.g., 000, 911, 112). You acknowledge that 67 AI PTY LTD has no liability for any inability to access emergency personnel via the Service.
We offer a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.
67 AI PTY LTD processes call metadata (logs, timestamps, duration) to provide the Service. We do not record, store, or transcribe the audio content of your calls. All real-time processing is transient. You are responsible for notifying your callers that they are speaking with an AI agent, in compliance with local surveillance and wiretapping laws.
