Please read these terms carefully. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Privacy Act 1988 where applicable.

1. Service Nature & AI Limitations

The Service uses artificial intelligence ('AI') to generate voice interactions. You acknowledge that AI is probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, or offensive outputs ('Hallucinations'). 67 AI PTY LTD makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI responses. You agree to use the Service as a tool to assist operations, not as a replacement for professional human judgment. You are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs before acting on them.

2. No Emergency Services

Strict Requirement

The Service is NOT a replacement for traditional telephone services and cannot be used to call emergency services (e.g., 000, 911, 112). You acknowledge that 67 AI PTY LTD has no liability for any inability to access emergency personnel via the Service.

3. Refund Policy

ACL Compliant

We offer a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.

  • Deductions: We will deduct the direct costs incurred by us for provisioning phone numbers (ranging from $3.00 to $30.00 AUD depending on region) and third-party transaction fees.
  • Pro-Rata: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for cancellations made midway through a billing cycle. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Privacy & Recording

67 AI PTY LTD processes call metadata (logs, timestamps, duration) to provide the Service. We do not record, store, or transcribe the audio content of your calls. All real-time processing is transient. You are responsible for notifying your callers that they are speaking with an AI agent, in compliance with local surveillance and wiretapping laws.
